Position Overview:
Our client, a global manufacturing firm, is in search of a seasoned Customer Support Operations Leader to enhance their team dynamics and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire, guide, and cultivate the Customer Support Team.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Sales divisions.
- Drive initiatives aimed at delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Formulate and execute customer service policies and protocols.
- Address complex and escalated customer inquiries and service challenges.
- Organize, prioritize, and assign work tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Establish and monitor customer service performance indicators.
- Implement measures to guarantee accurate data entry of customer orders.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Act as a bridge between clients, production, and sales teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in Customer Support.
- More than 5 years of demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Background in Wood Manufacturing is advantageous.
