Position Summary:

This role is designated as an Enrollment Services Coordinator within the Distance Education Support Services Team, part of the College of Pharmacy. The team is responsible for guiding students through their academic journey, from initial inquiry to graduation. The Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the admission process for various educational programs, ensuring that all application materials are complete and accurate. Responsibilities include monitoring applicant progress, coordinating documentation, and engaging with prospective students and academic departments to support recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Processing and Student Admissions: Conduct thorough evaluations of application materials submitted by graduate and transfer candidates to confirm completeness. Provide clear communication to applicants regarding any missing documentation and actively track their progress in accordance with established timelines. Collaborate with program directors and support staff to determine eligibility for program acceptance. Oversee the application processing workflow, including mailings and relevant documentation management. Utilize institutional systems to facilitate admission decisions for various student categories and issue acceptance notifications along with comprehensive orientation materials.

Student Enrollment and Course Registration: Manage the online registration process for newly admitted and current students. Ensure timely processing of registrations and submission of fee waivers to the appropriate financial offices. Monitor and verify student progress towards completion of academic programs, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.

Support for Distance Education Services: Track students' academic performance, manage transfer credit evaluations, and address changes in student status or other enrollment-related inquiries. Work collaboratively with team members to propose and implement enhancements to existing processes, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Primary Contact for Students: Act as the main point of contact for inquiries from prospective and current students. Provide prompt and professional responses to all communications, ensuring that information disseminated through various channels remains accurate and up-to-date.

Expected Salary:

$43,888 annually

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
