The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, robust analytical and organizational skills, and a dedication to providing exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination of Transient Student Programs

  • Oversee the Study Abroad and Florida Virtual Campus procedures.
  • Develop, manage, and evaluate all facets associated with the review and approval or referral of financial aid for study abroad and transient students.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to processes and system outputs for financial aid pertaining to study abroad and transient students.
  • Ensure accuracy and perform data entry for Professional Judgment, Dependency Override, and Unaccompanied Homeless Youth petition outcomes.
  • Assist in updating policies and procedures regarding study abroad and transient enrollment to guarantee compliance with current regulations and guidelines.
Additional Duties:
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor, including leading special projects as required.
  • Occasional travel for financial aid presentations and professional development opportunities.
This position may offer a flexible, hybrid work arrangement in accordance with institutional policies.

Expected Salary:

$45,000 annually

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field; or a bachelor's degree in a relevant area accompanied by two years of pertinent experience.

  • Previous experience in student financial aid administration.
  • Strong comprehension of the regulatory framework governing financial aid programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
