About the Role:

  • This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • The successful candidate will have exceptional capacity for modeling effective leadership and staff management, with a focus on talent retention, building morale, and creating safe pathways for staff growth.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess a strong understanding of nonprofit finance and fundraising principles, with a proven track record of securing funding and managing donor relations.
  • Experience engaging with community partners, funders, donors, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders is essential, as well as a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and its programs.
  • A solid educational background, including an undergraduate degree and preferably a master's or similar advanced degree in a related field, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction to the organization, aligning our mission and goals with the changing needs of families with newborns.
  • Cultivate relationships with current and potential community partners, funders, stakeholders, and donors to support the organization's programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate and manage the delivery of high-quality programs and services, ensuring they meet the needs of families with newborns, and adhere closely to the proven Family Connects model.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of $225,000, commensurate with the requirements of the position.
