Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Counselor to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a school psychologist.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify student and school priorities.
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Guide students in goal-setting and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with families to address challenges affecting student performance.
  • Plan and execute career readiness activities, including internships and job fairs.
  • Participate in crisis management teams to provide immediate support during emergencies.
  • Evaluate counseling program outcomes and recommend improvements.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in School Counseling or Education.
  • Current state counseling certification required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with diverse student populations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
