About the Role

This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and current North Carolina licensure (or ability to gain reciprocity) in social work at the Master's level. You will have experience developing and delivering Professional Development to adults and be fluent in Spanish. Strong organizational and planning skills are essential, as well as the ability to synthesize knowledge and present it to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and student support team members to offer prevention and intervention strategies
  • Support stakeholders in understanding child development, student academics, and social-emotional functioning
  • Work directly with Community Based Organizations to make referrals for students in need of mental health services
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $**,550** per year, paid semi-monthly, plus a $2,000 salary supplement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare (medical, vision, and dental) at no cost to individuals and deep discounts for dependents.
