Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Lincoln Community Health Center. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Department, you will provide critical services to our patients, including initial assessments, diagnoses, evaluations, and case management and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of adult patients, as well as screenings for adolescents and children
- Develop and implement health promotion and disease prevention programs, as well as provide therapeutic services for individuals, groups, and families
- Serve as a resource person or coordinate with designated unit functions to ensure seamless care delivery
- Master's degree in Social Work required
- Minimum of three years post-master's work experience as a clinical social worker in a health or mental health setting, or five years' experience in a non-clinical setting
- North Carolina LCSW licensure required
- Bilingual (Spanish) language skills required
