As a leading provider of aviation training and simulation solutions, FlightSafety International is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

Purpose of Position
  • The primary objective of this role is to retain and grow revenue from assigned customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for established customers, providing proactive support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize internal scheduling systems and customer relationships to ensure all accounts are attending training and meeting their contractual obligations.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract renewal, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing or account reconciliation issues, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Travel annually to top-performing accounts to build relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or aviation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • The role requires regular use of hands, fingers, and arms, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
  • The employee may be required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
  • Specific vision abilities are required, including the ability to view monitors and technical documents.
  • The work environment is typically low to moderate noise level.
