About the Role

Rapid Response Monitoring is seeking a skilled Recruiting Assistant to join our team. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring qualified talent to support our mission of protecting life and property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process for assigned job posts
  • Assist with applicant tracking and reviewing processes
  • Coordinate scheduling and conduct interviews for various stages of the hiring process
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and the training team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Plan and execute recruiting events to attract top talent
  • Maintain a strong online presence on networking platforms to engage potential candidates
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improve candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Holding or working towards an A.S. or B.S. degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work extended hours to accommodate candidate scheduling needs
