PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proficient in Excel
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Skilled in using Microsoft Office and associated spreadsheet and database applications.
Capable of creating, editing, and modifying documents with Microsoft Office tools.

Must effectively interact with builder representatives, field personnel, and various departments.
Responsible for coordinating job site material needs, maintenance, inventory management, and returns.
Assist in significant projects that may involve extensive scope, managing material excesses and returns.
Accountable for the organization, inventory, shipping, and receiving of all materials related to assigned projects.
