This role leads business process execution and improvement supporting service business units for the Applied Materials Business segment. This person will engage cross-functionally to drive the execution and enhancement of critical business processes in support of the service business unit delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for executive leadership of key Service Business Unit processes including strategic review, portfolio management/execution supporting strategic business agenda.
- Responsible for executive program management of business process improvement opportunities supporting Service Business Units.
- Partners with business leadership and the cross-functional team to deliver tangible business outcomes through business process improvement.
- Leads development and execution of business process improvement roadmaps.
- Accountable for the on-time delivery, cost, and quality of new business processes to support customer, operating plan, and growth commitments of the SBUs.
- Leads development and execution of project management (PMP) in support of business process improvement.
- Builds strong teams and cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies and external partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal.
- Communicates business process improvement roadmap and overall status to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Business process improvement experience and domain expertise.
- Semiconductor applications and services experience desired.
- Strong program management.
- High financial acumen and analytical/data/statistics oriented decision making style.
- Positive can-do hands-on entrepreneurial attitude.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility.
- Experience building and delivering executive level presentations.
- Ability to effectively manage and deliver to multiple KPIs.
- Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Excellent personal time management and project management skills.

U.S. Salary Range: $172, $236,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
