Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Unit Manager to drive Science Table growth in the EdTech sector. As the Business Unit Manager for Science Table Division, you will play a key role in expanding Anatomage's footprint in the education technology space.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product roadmap for the Science Table by researching, studying, and understanding the STEM educational marketing, customers, and value proposition delivered with the Science Table.
- Propose and evaluate designs of science simulation topics across biology, chemistry, and physics with a team of subject matter experts and software engineers.
- Correspond with teachers regarding the successful methods of product adoption at the early stage of product introduction to the market.
- Attend educational market tradeshows as the product champion to deliver the long-term vision of the product, demoing, and running professional workshops regarding the Science Table.
- Maintain up-to-date mapping of Science Table experiments onto educational standards (national and state level) for sales, marketing, and end-user purposes.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in a managerial role.
- EdTech industry-related experience preferred.
- Strong decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
- Ability to recruit, motivate, and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
