We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee significant deployment initiatives while collaborating with both internal and external partners to meet strategic business objectives.

Your primary goal will be to coordinate the overall team, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish a comprehensive workflow plan while developing and managing the master schedule.


In this capacity, you will guide objectives and influence teams without direct authority, securing support and maintaining project momentum.

You will utilize your leadership in product, project, technical, and investment stewardship to ensure project success.

Comfort with ambiguity and a commitment to enhancing program efficiency and scalability will be essential.


You will oversee all project aspects from inception to completion, taking direct responsibility for execution while leading one or more teams to achieve specific goals within designated timelines and available resources.

Your responsibilities will also include the administration, implementation, and management of control projects, ensuring accountability for the project's scope, schedule, and budget.

Work Environment:


This position is designated as a Hybrid work schedule, requiring onsite work three days a week.


Your responsibilities will include:


Evaluating project proposals or plans to establish timelines, funding constraints, procedures for project execution, staffing needs, and the allocation of departmental resources across various project phases.


Driving essential activities from concept to execution, focusing on: Risk Management, Issue Resolution, Change Management, Resource Allocation, and visibility and reporting to key stakeholders.

Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and necessary activities and tasks.


Inspiring a team to collaborate towards a common goal without direct authority, fostering cooperation within the team while providing professional support and demonstrating respect and ownership in delegation.


Establishing a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arranging for the recruitment or assignment of project personnel.

Analyzing project proposals to determine timelines, funding limitations, and appropriate processes for project execution.

Reviewing and approving the work plan of external service providers or consultants engaged to execute the project.

Implementing a project communication strategy.

Conducting risk assessments and mitigation strategies.


Monitoring project activities to ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of information while maintaining consistency in content and presentation across the organization.

Generating transparency and visibility regarding cost-to-benefit ratios across all work.

Ensuring alignment of project goals with business objectives.

Guaranteeing achievement of project goals.

Assigning duties and responsibilities to project personnel and defining the scope of their authority.

Directing and coordinating project personnel activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.

Reviewing status reports prepared by project personnel and adjusting schedules or plans as necessary.

Establishing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.

Continuously benchmarking project management performance to identify improvement opportunities and enhance capabilities in project and portfolio management.

Willingness to travel up to 20%.

What you will bring:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant Engineering fields. An MS, MBA, or Advanced Program Management Accreditation is preferred.

5-7+ years of experience in project/program execution.

PMI PMP Certification is required.

Experience in New Product Development (Design, Testing, Supplier Readiness & Manufacturing Integration) is preferred.

Experience in project portfolio management, prioritization, and demand management is optional.

Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies is preferred.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams, leading personnel, and organizing, developing, and motivating a team.


Compensation:


Base Salary:
$120,000 - $159,000

Additional

Compensation:

Total compensation for this role will also include an incentive plan.
