As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing advanced engineered systems and will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing sustainable manufacturing processes.

This position requires onsite presence and is classified as safety-sensitive.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
- Enhance productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy efficiency, and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance for resolving manufacturing process and product design challenges.
- Act as a resource for investigations, statistical analyses, and corrective action planning.
- Design manufacturing workflows, workstation layouts, and control systems to optimize efficiency, costs, and product quality.
Maintain manufacturing standards, including:
machine capability, process documentation, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
- Create work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized procedures to ensure quality meets product and manufacturing specifications.
- Collaborate with on-site EHS to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in an Engineering discipline).
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in Project Management, Process Automation, and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Strong aptitude for mechanical/electrical applications related to equipment and processes.
- Effective communication skills to represent customer needs.
- Ability to mentor and develop colleagues.
Base Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000.
