As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing advanced engineered systems and will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing sustainable manufacturing processes.

Your collaborative team will focus on enhancing quality, safety, and operational efficiency. You will be tasked with conceptualizing and defining manufacturing processes for new product launches and enhancements.

Work environment:

This position requires onsite presence and is classified as safety-sensitive.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and develop processes for factory transformation projects and equipment implementation.
  • Enhance productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy efficiency, and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance for resolving manufacturing process and product design challenges.
  • Act as a resource for investigations, statistical analyses, and corrective action planning.
  • Design manufacturing workflows, workstation layouts, and control systems to optimize efficiency, costs, and product quality.

Maintain manufacturing standards, including:
machine capability, process documentation, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.

  • Create work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized procedures to ensure quality meets product and manufacturing specifications.
  • Collaborate with on-site EHS to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in an Engineering discipline).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in Project Management, Process Automation, and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Strong aptitude for mechanical/electrical applications related to equipment and processes.
  • Effective communication skills to represent customer needs.
  • Ability to mentor and develop colleagues.
Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000.
