As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in operating cutting-edge engineered systems while developing, coordinating, and executing sustainable manufacturing processes.

Your collaborative team will focus on enhancing quality, safety, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and establishing manufacturing processes for new product launches and product improvement initiatives.

Work environment:

This position requires daily onsite presence and is classified as safety-sensitive.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and developing processes for factory transformation projects and equipment integration.
  • Enhancing productivity, quality, equipment performance, energy efficiency, and minimizing downtime.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to resolve manufacturing process and product design challenges.
  • Acting as a resource for investigations, statistical analyses, and corrective action strategies.
  • Designing manufacturing workflows, workstation layouts, and control systems that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.

Maintain manufacturing standards including:
machine capability, process documentation, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.

  • Creating work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized procedures to ensure quality at the source aligns with product and manufacturing specifications.
  • Collaborating with on-site EHS to ensure all equipment adheres to safety regulations compliant with OSHA.

What we look for:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in an Engineering discipline).
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting (3-5 years).
  • Project Management, Process Automation, and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Strong aptitude for mechanical/electrical applications related to equipment/processes.
  • Effective communication skills to convey customer insights.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and develop colleagues.
Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000.
