Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will:
- Design and implement processes for factory transformation projects and equipment integration.
- Enhance productivity, quality, equipment performance, and minimize downtime.
- Provide expert guidance in resolving manufacturing process and product design challenges.
- Conduct cause/effect investigations and statistical analyses for corrective action planning.
- Design manufacturing workflows and layouts that optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and safety regulations.
- Create work instructions and standardized processes to uphold quality at the source.
Qualifications:
We expect you to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Project Management, Process Automation, and design software such as AutoCAD.
- A strong aptitude for mechanical and electrical applications related to manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively represent customer needs.
- The ability to mentor and develop team members.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000. This range is based on national averages and may vary based on experience and location.
