Role Summary:

NitroFill, LLC is seeking a dedicated Warranty Claims Administrator / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be instrumental in our Tire Claims Center, managing incoming inquiries from customers and assisting them throughout the claims process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming tire claim inquiries from NitroFill dealers and program members.
  • Gather necessary program information and accurately input it into our proprietary database.
  • Confirm customer membership coverage and eligibility.
  • Utilize our system to initiate and efficiently process claims.
  • Collaborate with the claims team to evaluate and adjudicate tire claims.
  • Familiarize yourself with the various terms and conditions of our tire warranty programs.
  • Perform general office tasks including emailing, faxing, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications, both via phone and email.
  • Handle a high volume of calls while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Several years of experience in insurance or warranty claims administration, or similar customer service roles.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with automobile tires is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • A commitment to professionalism and a willingness to contribute to company growth.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and from home when necessary.
  • Bi-lingual candidates (English and Spanish) are preferred.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a professional office setting, requiring the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
