Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee warranty administration and claims processing in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warranty schedules and extended warranty programs, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration with accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and oversee warranty claims and service processes to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage warranty schedules and extended warranty programs to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Submit and track warranty claims efficiently to minimize delays and errors.
  • Ensure accurate balancing of warranty-related financial accounts to maintain financial integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting teams to ensure timely posting of warranties and claims.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in warranty administration, preferably with a high-volume dealership or manufacturer.
  • Strong understanding of warranty schedules and extended warranty procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in managing high volumes of warranty claims to minimize delays and errors.
  • Experience with GL accounts and financial balancing to maintain financial integrity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
