Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the evaluation, work-up, and pre-transplant and/or post-transplant medical and surgical care of potential recipients
- Develop and implement educational programs for referring physicians and dialysis centers
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, both written and computerized
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Experience with transplant database management
- Preferred qualifications include Master's Degree in Nursing and Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator certification
