Transplant Coordinator RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Transplant Coordinator to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our transplant program, you will play a vital role in coordinating the clinical aspects of organ transplantation, ensuring seamless care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical aspects of organ transplantation, including evaluation, work-up, and pre-transplant and/or post-transplant medical and surgical care of potential recipients.
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts and transplant database entries.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage, providing support and guidance to patients and families as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Experience with transplant database management and coordination.
- Preferred qualifications include Master's Degree in Nursing and Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator certification.
