Transplant Coordinator RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Transplant Coordinator to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a key member of our transplant program, you will play a vital role in coordinating the clinical aspects of organ transplantation, ensuring seamless care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical aspects of organ transplantation, including evaluation, work-up, and pre-transplant and/or post-transplant medical and surgical care of potential recipients.
- Develop and implement educational programs for referring physicians and dialysis centers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both written and computerized.
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Experience with transplant databases and willingness to master their use.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) certification.
- 2 years of experience in organ transplantation or critical care nursing.
