Clinical Transplant Coordinator

The Clinical Transplant Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical aspects of organ transplantation as applied to the transplant recipient. This includes evaluation, work-up, and pre-transplant and/or post-transplant medical and surgical care of potential recipients. The coordinator will be actively involved in the development of the program and act as a liaison to referring physicians and dialysis centers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical aspects of organ transplantation
- Develop and implement transplant program
- Act as liaison to referring physicians and dialysis centers
- Provide educational, administrative, and technical support
- Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- Experience with transplant database
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing, Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator certification
