Position: Construction Project Manager

Location: Jupiter, FL

Compensation: $115,000-$125,000 Salary Based On Experience

Immediate Hiring: We are looking to fill this position promptly.

Essential Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management as a Project Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant experience aligned with project size and scope.

- Strong background in Commercial Ground Up Construction within Florida.

- Proficient in office equipment and software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and communicate effectively with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure adherence to the Project Schedule.

- Oversee financial components of the Owner's contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

- Foster productive working relationships with clients and project team members.

Project Initiation:

- Review the Prime Contract and related documents, setting up the Project within Procore.

- Ensure all current drawings are uploaded to Procore, maintaining an updated drawing log.

Procurement and Project Buy-Out:

- Collaborate closely with the Estimator to manage the subcontractor list and project buy-out.

- Draft and issue scopes of work and individual trade subcontract agreements.

- Distribute and log subcontracts, create necessary contract riders and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with project insurance requirements.

Project Completion:

- Understand and manage each project's closeout and documentation/material delivery requirements, tracking and archiving them throughout the project.

- Oversee subcontractor closeout, utility transfers, owner training, and punch list processes.

- Deliver all warranties, as-built documents, and training materials to the owner.

Project Information Management:

- Set up all new projects in Procore and manage project information as required.

- Manage and distribute submittals through Procore, obtaining necessary approvals and redistributing with comments to subcontractors.

- Handle all RFIs, tracking them to closure and providing required responses to subcontractors.

Support for Superintendents:

- Assist Superintendents as needed throughout the project, providing essential information to facilitate their daily tasks.

- Conduct site walks throughout the week to monitor safety compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce Quality Control across the project.
