Job Summary:

High Country Software Search is seeking an experienced Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the liaison between computer users and our IT staff, providing top-notch support and ensuring seamless technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with IT staff to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or technical support role
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • 3+ years of experience with PC/Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Office365, and networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
