- **Greeting and Welcoming:** Warmly greet and assist visitors upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
- **Customer Service:** Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and assistance.
- **Appointment Scheduling:** Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
