Community Operations Supervisor

Position Overview:
The Community Operations Supervisor is accountable for orchestrating resources to proficiently oversee the community and achieve the goals set forth by the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee leasing and maintenance operations to guarantee adherence to policies regarding procedures and prompt service request responses.
Manage Team:
including training, performance evaluations, recruitment, promotions, and terminations.
Possess a solid understanding of effective management of personal growth and career trajectories.
Implement safety protocols, regulations, and OSHA compliance.
Evaluate performance metrics and trends to effectively market the community.
Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards for resident satisfaction.
Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with approved financial plans.
Obtain quotes for repairs and replacement tasks beyond the capabilities of the team.
Required Qualifications:
Relevant experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years in the field or in a role with comparable responsibilities.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a solid understanding of effective management of personal development and career paths.
Fluent communication and writing skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supervisory roles.
Certification from a recognized housing association.
Familiarity with OneSite software.
Training in Fair Housing regulations.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
CONSTANTLY:
Engaging in walking or sitting, grasping/gripping, bending/stooping/squatting, finger dexterity, computer input, and coordination of hand, eye, and foot.
FREQUENTLY:
Standing and climbing stairs, reaching above shoulder height, lifting weights, climbing ladders, and performing push and pull motions.
OCCASIONALLY:
Reaching above shoulder height, lifting 5 – 25 pounds, climbing ladders, and executing push/pull motions.
Compensation:
$61,000 - $63,000 annually (inclusive of monthly bonuses and commissions)
This position profile outlines the primary responsibilities and performance expectations. It may not encompass all specific tasks that an employee may be required to undertake.
Employees are expected to adhere to any other job-related instructions and perform job-related duties as reasonably assigned by their supervisor.
