Job Overview

Position Summary: The individual in this role will be accountable for orchestrating resources to proficiently oversee the community and achieve the objectives set forth by the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee leasing and maintenance operations to guarantee adherence to policies regarding functionality and timely service request responses.
  • Manage personnel: including training, performance evaluations, recruitment, promotions, and terminations.
  • Possess a solid understanding of effective management for personal growth and career progression.
  • Implement safety protocols, regulations, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Evaluate performance metrics and trends to effectively market the community.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards for resident satisfaction.
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with approved financial plans.
  • Obtain estimates for repairs and replacement projects that exceed staff capabilities.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in the industry or in a comparable role.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a solid understanding of effective management for personal development.
  • Fluent communication and writing skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supervision.
  • Certification from an accredited housing association.
  • Familiarity with OneSite software.
  • Training in Fair Housing regulations.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:
CONSTANTLY: Walking or sitting, grasping/gripping, bending/stooping/squatting, finger dexterity, computer input, coordination of hand, eye, and foot.
FREQUENTLY: Standing and climbing stairs, reaching above shoulder level, lifting weight, climbing ladders, and performing push and pull motions.
OCCASIONALLY: Reaching above shoulder level, lifting 5 – 25 pounds, climbing ladders, and executing push/pull motions.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $62,000 annually (including monthly bonuses and commissions)

This position description outlines the primary responsibilities and performance expectations. It does not encompass all specific tasks that an employee may be required to perform. Employees are expected to follow any other job-related instructions and perform duties as reasonably assigned by their supervisor.
