We are currently in search of a Property Operations Supervisor to support our team.
Position Overview:
As a Property Operations Supervisor, your role will involve assisting the Community Manager in overseeing the daily functions of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain consistent occupancy levels and achieve financial objectives
Foster strong relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service
Support the Community Manager in training, guiding, and motivating site staff
Develop positive connections within the community
Be available for on-call duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in property management
Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary
