Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing and maintenance operations to ensure adherence to policies regarding functionality and prompt response times for service requests.
- Manage staff, including training, conducting performance evaluations, and handling hiring, promotions, and terminations.
- Possess a strong understanding of effective management practices for personal development and career progression.
- Implement safety protocols, regulations, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Evaluate performance metrics and trends to effectively market the community.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards for resident satisfaction.
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with approved financial plans.
- Obtain bids for repairs and replacement tasks that exceed the capabilities of the current staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the industry or in a role with similar responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a solid understanding of effective management for personal growth and career development.
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supervising teams.
- Certification from an accredited housing association.
- Familiarity with OneSite software.
- Training in Fair Housing regulations.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
CONSTANTLY: Engaging in walking or sitting, grasping/gripping, bending/stooping/squatting, finger dexterity, computer input, and coordination of hand, eye, and foot.
FREQUENTLY: Standing and climbing stairs, reaching above shoulder level, lifting weights, climbing ladders, and performing push and pull motions.
OCCASIONALLY: Reaching above shoulder level, lifting 5 – 25 pounds, climbing ladders, and performing push/pull motions.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $62,000 annually (inclusive of monthly bonuses and commissions)
This position profile outlines the primary responsibilities and performance expectations. It does not encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform. Employees are expected to follow any other job-related instructions and carry out job-related duties as reasonably assigned by their supervisor.
