Position Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a dynamic, high-demand setting, necessitating exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Consistent attendance is vital to provide reliable support and maintain a high standard of service in this position.

Customer Service Specialist Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 12PM-8PM, in-office. Availability from 8AM-8PM is required.
  • Compensation: $16.50 per hour
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring professionalism and precision.
  • Manage and document correspondence, investigate issues, prepare necessary paperwork, and coordinate appointments as required.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and leverage strong communication skills to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to perform calculations related to discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
