Role Details:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM, in-office. Availability required from 8 AM to 8 PM.
  • Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client inquiries and concerns in a busy call center environment, emphasizing professionalism and precision.
  • Document and process correspondence, investigate issues, prepare necessary paperwork, and arrange appointments as required.
  • Exhibit excellent attendance and leverage strong communication skills to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
