Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with information regarding fee structures and co-payments prior to their appointments
  • Facilitate patient pre-registration and confirm insurance eligibility
  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Organize and verify patient appointment schedules
  • Process payments and secure necessary authorizations
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage incoming calls
  • Deliver patient guidance and information on community resources
  • Support appointment reminders and rescheduling efforts
  • Manage referrals and perform data entry functions
  • Conduct end-of-day financial reconciliation and other clerical responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
