What We're Looking For

We're seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associates to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers.

We're looking for motivated individuals with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 45-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.

Key qualifications include:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
  • Providing customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
  • Using state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
  • A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
  • Enjoying meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
