Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet Production Standards: Demonstrate the ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required timeframes.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaces.
  • Adhere to Safety Specifications: Perform all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Be responsible for safety and quality throughout production, and notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
  • Report Production Waste and Issues: Report all production waste and issues to a Production Lead or Supervisor.
  • Perform Other Duties as Required: Perform other duties as required by a Supervisor or Manager, and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Plant Safety Guidelines: Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions, and troubleshoot problems and report issues.
  • Teamwork: Must work well in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift, use of hands and fingers to perform job functions, ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb, and ability to lift up to 35lbs.
