Injection Molding Operator

Paragon Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
• Monitor and control machine settings to ensure optimal production and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment.
• Document production data and quality control results for analysis and improvement.

• 2+ years of experience in injection molding operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machine operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
