Injection Molding Operator

Paragon Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.

• Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic products, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets.
• Monitor and control machine settings, temperatures, and pressures to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control checks to identify and address any defects or issues with products.
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any production-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine performance, product quality, and production metrics.

• 2+ years of experience in injection molding operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machine operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production-related issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production team members.

• Competitive hourly rate: $25 per hour.

Work location: Monroe, New Jersey (in-person). Rotating schedule, including weekends. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use basic hand tools.
