We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at our headquarters in Central New Jersey. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and fashion-forward designs for licensed home textiles and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create visually appealing designs using Photoshop and Illustrator for bedding and bath products such as sheets, comforters, pillows, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shower curtains, and bathmats.
• Style Guide Adherence: Work with style guides to create designs that meet licensor requirements and stay on-trend with fashion and design.
• Quality Control: Proofread design files to ensure all necessary information is included for production and saved properly.
• Artwork Preparation: Prepare artwork for submission and ensure it meets the required specifications.
• Marketing Materials: Create product sell sheets and marketing materials that showcase our products in the best possible light.
• Trend Analysis: Assist in creating presentations and trend boards for product introductions, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience creating licensed character designs for home, apparel, or accessory products is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
• Work Schedule: Ability to work regular business hours on-site at our office in Metuchen, NJ (4 days/week) is required.
