D^3, established to bridge the gap between academia and practical application, encompasses a network of labs dedicated to exploring the impact of technological advancements.
As businesses and global economies undergo significant transformations due to rapid technological progress, particularly through digitization and the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the role of design and innovation in value creation has never been more critical.
Postdoctoral Fellows at D^3 will contribute to various research endeavors that investigate these transformative trends, including:
- Business Model Evolution
- Operational Framework Transformation
- Organizational and Workforce Development
- Performance Metrics and Evaluation
- Data Governance, Privacy, and Transparency
- Societal Implications of Innovation
The Postdoctoral Fellow will collaborate closely with faculty Principal Investigators and the Senior Director of Labs, as well as the Research Manager and Research Associate within each lab. D^3 values candidates with diverse experiences and perspectives. There are no teaching obligations associated with these positions.
Basic Qualifications: A Ph.D. or equivalent degree in fields such as computer science, statistics, economics, management science, information systems, operations, or other related quantitative and/or social science disciplines. All degree requirements must be fulfilled prior to the commencement of the fellowship.
Important Note: Candidates who have completed their Ph.D. within the last year must provide a certificate of completion from their degree-granting institution or a letter from the institution's Registrar confirming that all degree requirements have been met and verifying the date of degree conferral. No exceptions will be made.
