Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facility, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing regular maintenance tasks, such as sweeping and cleaning floors, restrooms, and trash receptacles.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability programs.
  • Restock and maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
