Job Overview

This role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems within office, R&D, and GMP manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facility-related equipment, including HVAC, compressed air systems, fire and life safety systems, and emergency power.
  • Manage spare parts for facility utilities and supplies to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Oversee facility and utility systems, including electrical distribution, plumbing, and building controls.
  • Enter, prioritize, and complete work orders in the CMMS system.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly building inspections to assess operational condition and document findings.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in electrical, mechanical maintenance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience working in a building maintenance, construction, or mechanical repair setting.
  • Basic computer skills, including Internet navigation, email usage, word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
Salary Information

The annual base salary for this position is $67,000.00-$109,000.00, depending on location and experience.
