Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off policies, health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan for retirement savings.

Primary Responsibilities
This Service Technician Specialist role involves performing customer service-related work in mechanical, piping, controls, and HVAC Chilled Water and Hydronic Heating Systems. Key duties include installation, repair, and troubleshooting of customer equipment, as well as maintenance and testing of major steam, condensate, hot water, and chilled water components such as pumps, PRV's, steam traps, heat exchangers, and hot water systems. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in using conventional tools and meters to maintain, repair, calibrate, and test these components.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience working in the trades in a field service role. You should also possess licenses issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including Journeyman Pipefitter, Refrigeration Technician (HVAC), and either Electrician or Plumber. Additionally, a MA driver's license with a safe driving record is required.

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. You may be required to wear personal protective equipment and work in confined spaces, climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs.
