Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Industrial Aftermarket Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory, driving engagement with our authorized distributors, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our authorized distributors, identifying opportunities to promote NTN products and services
  • Conduct regular sales calls with distributors and end-users to promote brand awareness and drive sales
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze sales data and prioritize sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (BSME preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, territory management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial sector, including the Power and Transmission industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel daily within the territory, with 50% overnights
