Job Summary

US Foods is seeking a skilled Territory Manager to develop and manage established and new customers in the foodservice industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sell food and non-food items to customers to meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Manage customer deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to orders or deliveries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Results-driven mentality with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
Work Environment

The Territory Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently visiting customers in various locations. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
