Client Success Growth Specialist

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Growth Manager to concentrate on the retention and expansion of our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Implement outbound sales strategies targeting existing clients in alignment with strategic marketing initiatives related to new product launches.
- Develop, oversee, and execute a pipeline of growth opportunities.
- Manage the overall relationship with designated clients, focusing on increasing product adoption, ensuring client retention, and enhancing satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted advisory relationship with each client to drive ongoing value from our offerings.
- Prepare and nurture clients for advocacy and referrals.
- Represent client needs and concerns across departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between management and clients to relay essential feedback.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000, with eligibility for commission.
Qualifications- Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with a focus on revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to address objections and stimulate interest in additional products or services.
- Familiarity with small to medium-sized businesses in the SaaS sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and analytical.
- A strong team player who is also a self-starter.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt priorities as needed.
- Motivated and driven to excel independently.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and improve; proactive in seeking assistance and applying it effectively.
