The Role


As a Customer Success Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to comprehend the client's business objectives and align Rialtic's offerings to meet those goals.

You will proactively monitor account health, identify potential risks for churn, and develop strategies to boost engagement and satisfaction.

By integrating account management responsibilities—such as overseeing service delivery and coordinating renewals—with a success-oriented approach, you will ensure a smooth client experience that not only preserves but also enhances the value delivered to clients over time.

Customer Success Specialists work collaboratively across the Sales team and with nearly every department at Rialtic. You can engage with diverse disciplines to execute your responsibilities effectively.

You will:
Lead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of your clients in close partnership with the Client Success Lead.
Take ownership of the overall health and success of your portfolio by assessing client needs, implementing communication and engagement initiatives, reporting outcomes, and cultivating strong, long-term consultative relationships with clients.
Support the expansion of your accounts by identifying opportunities, driving business outcomes, and ensuring client success in collaboration with the Success team.
Build and nurture cross-functional relationships with Sales, Content, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
Act as an advocate for the client to internal stakeholders.

Share client feedback and insights with Product Management, Content, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to drive innovation and improvements aimed at optimizing the Rialtic user experience.


You have:
3+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Customer Success Management roles.
Experience in developing consultative relationships with clients.
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
