Position Overview
The Senior Customer Success Manager serves as a key advisor, ensuring the success of strategically significant clients, including enterprise accounts and those requiring robust relationship management to foster growth. This role involves cultivating enduring relationships with stakeholders and primary business users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Document and understand each client's success criteria and intended use of our applications and services.
  • Maximize client value from their investment in our platform, monitor usage, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and renewals.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and executive reviews to communicate the value and ROI of our services throughout the client journey.
  • Analyze customer usage trends to gain insights into their needs and develop tailored success plans.
  • Advise clients on best practices and align our solutions with their business objectives.
  • Promote our platform's capabilities and conduct targeted training sessions to enhance user adoption.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product enhancements to provide thoughtful recommendations.
  • Establish metrics to assess client health and success strategies.
  • Identify potential risks to client objectives and collaborate with account teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a key escalation point for client issues, coordinating with internal teams to prioritize responses.
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives that directly impact customer success and drive growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • A proven track record of dedication to previous employers.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in navigating organizational structures to build relationships with executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience leading executive meetings and workshops.
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes across various functions.
  • Familiarity with our platform's features and capabilities.
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Certification in Customer Success Management or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and foster collaboration.
  • Ability to leverage internal relationships to achieve client outcomes.
  • Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to challenges.
