Enterprise Client Success Strategist

Narvar is seeking a driven Enterprise Client Success Strategist to become a vital part of their exceptional Customer Success team. This position is centered around managing the well-being and achievements of clients, engaging with them to showcase value and uncover growth prospects, leveraging data analytics to monitor client health, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring that renewal and expansion opportunities are pursued effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

- At least 5+ years of experience in Customer Success

- Industry knowledge in retail, e-commerce, or logistics
