Your Role

We are seeking a Client Success Specialist to become an integral part of our Client Success division.

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of mid-sized to large clients across various sectors, taking full ownership of their accounts and associated budgets. With the right resources, you will delve into the client's organizational structure, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver exceptional value while achieving internal performance metrics. Collaboration with our Operations Solutions team will be essential to enhance processes and elevate client satisfaction. You will coordinate and lead client business reviews and engage in contract discussions alongside subject matter experts.

Qualifications and Skills

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in the language service or translation industry is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing account management strategies to achieve targets, particularly with large clients.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining relationships with new stakeholders from existing accounts.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting on performance indicators in a systematic manner.
  • Ability to devise and present tailored solutions for clients, focusing on efficiency and workflow automation.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Capacity to work independently and proactively, while also being a collaborative team member.
