Job Overview:
The Smartsheet Systems Administrator is tasked with providing essential support for various key functions within project management tools and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with the latest strategic objectives, methodologies, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Smartsheet administration, with a solid understanding of Smartsheet functionalities including Sheets, Reports, Dashboards, and Premium Applications.
- At least 3 years of experience in process documentation.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in SharePoint administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SharePoint site access requests, archive outdated process documents, and upload new or updated documents as necessary.
- Provide first-level technical support for Smartsheet and SharePoint, determining when to escalate issues to the IT Portfolio Analyst.
- Conduct routine monitoring and spot checks for Smartsheet Asset Condition, reporting any issues to the IT Portfolio Analyst.
- Oversee project provisioning and archiving processes.
- Administer Smartsheet and SharePoint governance, including sharing permissions and user account management.
- Assist in the creation of Smartsheet user documentation, such as reference guides and runbooks, and support onboarding for new team members.
- Collaborate with the IT Portfolio Analyst to create and update technical Visio workflows.
- Support testing of Smartsheet for technical solutions alongside the IT Portfolio Analyst.
- Contribute to the cleanup of technical debt related to Smartsheet and SharePoint.
- Engage in the design and development of technical solutions within Smartsheet.
- Participate in weekly Smartsheet TAM Stakeholder meetings with the IT Portfolio Analyst.
- Assist in documenting new business processes and revising existing ones as required.
