At Advanced United Technology, we're seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our daily operations, you'll be responsible for implementing department-wide quality control measures, recommending new procedures to increase efficiency, and maintaining communication with our operations manager, staff members, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with accounting and finance departments to adhere to budget.
  • Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff.
  • Communicate and coordinate with employees (including executive operations team) and vendors.
  • Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven organizational skills, including time management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position on site at the Phoenix location.
  • May require occasional travel for team meetings, special training, and other miscellaneous reasons.
